The Company does not guarantee examination results, admissions, placements, business success, or career outcomes.

No Refund Policy

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to the Company are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances including:

Course withdrawal
Student absence
Technical issues on user side
Lack of participation
Product misunderstanding
Change of mind or personal reasons

Electronic Components Warranty

Semiconductor and electronic components including ICs, sensors, PCB boards, microcontrollers, batteries, imported components, and power modules are sold strictly without warranty.

No replacement, guarantee, or return policy applies to semiconductor or sensitive electronic components.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, software, videos, manuals, educational resources, robotics content, and designs remain the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized redistribution, copying, resale, or recording is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Business interruption

Service & Support

Technical support availability depends on component availability, location, product category, and service schedules.

Modification Rights

The Company reserves the right to modify product specifications, pricing, policies, educational structures, and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Governing Jurisdiction

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
