Official Raspberry Pi Build HAT – LEGO Robotics Controller

The Raspberry Pi Build HAT is designed to connect the powerful computing of Raspberry Pi with the versatility of LEGO Technic motors and sensors, making it an excellent tool for robotics hobbyists, educators, and STEM learning environments. It attaches directly to the Raspberry Pi’s GPIO header and includes four LPF2 ports, allowing you to connect a mix of LEGO Technic-compatible devices such as angular motors, color sensors, distance sensors, and force sensors.

An onboard RP2040 microcontroller handles all low-level communication with connected LEGO components, ensuring fast and reliable operation while freeing the Raspberry Pi to perform higher-level processing. With official Python libraries and stable firmware support, programming and controlling LEGO devices becomes straightforward, enabling smooth development of robotics, automation, and interactive learning projects.

Power management is designed with convenience and safety in mind. When paired with the official Build HAT power supply, the board can power both the Raspberry Pi and all connected motors and sensors simultaneously.
